We'll Replace at No Cost:

  • Damaged items: Products that arrive damaged or defective
  • Printing errors: Wrong design, colors, or placement issues
  • Wrong items: If we sent you something different than what you ordered
  • Quality defects: Manufacturing issues with the garment itself

How to Report Issues:

Email us at thejourneyarc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

We'll review and respond within 2-3 business days.

Size Exchanges - We've Got You Covered

Please double-check our size guide before ordering - all items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned once created.

However, we know sizing can be tricky when shopping online. If you need a different size:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We'll send you a replacement in the correct size at no cost to you
